I can currently offer the below services on an Ad-hoc basis as part of my very part-time Office 365 consulting and support Services. Based in Edinburgh, but happy to help people much further afield.

Evaluation

Help with evaluating and reviewing available solutions in Microsoft 365 to solve your business problems. Evaluating the benefits of services like Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, AzureAD, Microsoft Forms, PowerAutomate(Flow) and the EMS Suite can bring to your business.

Implementation

Help with setting up services like Office 365 and Google Workspace to ensure that these solutions are deployed in your organisation in a secure and future proof manner.

Training and Documentation

Help train your users to ensure that deployed solutions are being used effectively, and provide your team with the relevant guides to manage these solutions day to day.

Security Audit

Help audit your Microsoft 365 setup to ensure that your environment is appropriately configured to keep you secure, and deal with potential cyber threats to your business. Depending on your licenses, this will include reviewing email security, MFA, device management, SharePoint configuration, Microsoft Teams configuration etc.

About Us

Based in Edinburgh (Scotland), HayDrive is the online home of Microsoft 365 Enthusiast Olamide Bakare. This is primarily a personal blog to write about technology and solutions that I am passionate about and to share my knowledge with the wider Microsoft 365 community. I will be writing about the standard Microsoft 365 product suite (Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange, 365 Groups) as well as the wide range of Security Solutions offered by Microsoft (Defender ATP, Sentinel, AIP, DLP, Endpoint Manager/Intune).

My primary objective is to help small businesses with adopting and implementing cloud-based Office and productivity suites. I believe that you and your employees should be able to work from anywhere, on any device and without compromising on security or breaking the bank. I specialize in securely setting up Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace services for small to mid-size business, focusing specifically on providing solutions for Email Services, Data Storage, Mobile Device Management, Information Protection, Audio Conferencing and Cloud Phone Systems.
